Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to investigate the phenomena that take place in daily contact with new technology and “machines” – computers, smartphones and tablets. As a result of the contact with new media our brains evolve. The scope of competence in writing, speaking, reading and understanding also changes. The article will focus on new technologies and sender activity, changes in language – electronic word, written language, changes in the brain, changes in knowledge and competences. The questions about the condition of our brain and its plasticity will be asked.
