Analiza i krytyka Friedricha Waismanna koncepcji motywu i działania wolnej woli

Robert Koszkało

The purpose of this article is to provide a critical analysis of the fundamental theses and arguments contained in Will and Motive, a treaty by Friedrich Waismann. In the article, I will primarily focus on an attempt to formulate arguments against selected aspects of Waismann’s criticism of a possibility of direct experiencing free decision making. I will present critical remarks about his concept of the conditions of will operation, its relationship to wishing, as well as arguments against Waismann’s analysis of necessity of experiencing resistance, epistemic conditions of the possibilities of action of will and a motive as an interpretation.
