Methodological problems of research procedures of modern science and technology


The text introduces the reader to the discussion on methodological problems of research procedures in modern science and technology. The author attempts to reconstruct those procedures. He analyzes both the arguments of researchers who limit their testing to procedures as theoretical structures and the arguments of scientists who go beyond, highlighting the constructive role of the experiments.
